Concrobium Mold Control
Concrobium Mold Control is for the Do-It-Yourself-er. It is used by Professionals, but you can purchase is at most large Home Improvement Stores. It works in the direct opposite manner that conventional "wet" alternatives such as bleach work in. It is based on the premise that the mold cannot spread and grow without being able to release it's spores that then attach to another surface. Concrobium is sprayed onto the surface where the mold is and then "hardens over the moldy surface to form an invisible film that physically crushes the mold micro-organism underneath". Once the mold is "crushed" it can be wiped clean in most cases. You can spray Concrobium Mold Control on most surfaces to provide continual resistance against mold growth or regrowth. This is because the surface will no longer be an organic, porous material that is optimal for mold growth. It is odourless, colourless, and requires no isolation time.
